Private home owners have never had a way to clearly see and comment upon their designs at full scale, in context until their home is actually finished, when it is of course too late.

With augmented reality the architect can show multiple variations in real-time, on site while walking around and even into the proposed architecture. There is a dramatically better experience to see scale and site lines from the actual location relative to the actual surroundings. Viewing 2D Photoshop composites or even isolated VR renderings cannot offer this same experience.
