As the former president of ACM and ACM SIGGRAPH, and former Director of Engineering for Autodesk Maya (at the time Alias|wavefront), Alain brings significant domain expertise and technical experience in the field of 3D graphics to the team.

Since Alias|wavefront, Alain has held senior management roles including as CTO at SceneCaster, which developed a 3D visualization platform for social media. Today, Alain is the co-founder of TrendSpottr which develops web services that do predictive analytics and identify real time trends in social media.

Alain studied at l’Ecole Normale Supérieure de l’Enseignement Technique and l’Université de Paris VII and XI, where he earned a Maîtrise de Mathématiques, a Maîtrise de Structure Mathématique de l’Informatique, and a Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies in Computer Science.
